PTFS-NSCLink is a software tool which enables you to check a specified website for broken links. Before the installation, you are prompted to select whether you want to install a program or not. After opening the application, you are greeted with a rather clean and easy to use interface, which provides two main functions - viewing and opening. All you have to do is type in the desired URL in the appropriate box (labeled URL) and click the “Check Site Links” button. Once the list of links detected is completed, you can either view them, open them or copy them to a clipboard. This software tool has a built-in help section which contains information on how to work with it. One of the worst bits of a website design is an inconsistent link scheme. You can't get away from it. But when I use this website link checking tool I don't have to worry about those links anymore. It gives great results without taking over your entire browser and laptop! Great for checking your website. I have found a couple broken links to be fixed and I am saving a few minutes of web design time. Overall, it is a useful and functional tool for the webmaster. My only gripe is that the name would have been much better if the link came up green and red for working and broken, rather than just the opposite. But it's a really easy tool to use and I would definitely recommend it to others. Even if you're a newbie, PTFS-NSCLink is really easy to use and can be used to check several pages in a few seconds. And even though you don't get any explanations on how to use the tool, the interface is pretty simple and you can figure everything out. All in all, PTFS-NSCLink is a very useful tool, which helps to make your work more efficient. - by Neoprocess Jun. 18. 2012 PTFS-NSCLink Review [Rating: 11/10] PTFS-NSCLink is a software program which enables you to check a specified website for broken links. KeyMacro is a handy shortcut utility designed to quickly execute the commands that are listed in the Macro list. Macros are used to automate a number of tasks that usually need to be done repetitively such as opening web sites, copying and pasting files, running an application, and so forth. All you need to do is specify the Macros you want to use, the number of repetitions and click the "Execute" button. The macros are usually executed in the order in which they are listed. Its interface is fairly clean and user-friendly. Additionally, it is somewhat similar to other shortcut programs, however, the tabs that are found on the top of the window are very narrow which makes it somewhat difficult to navigate. You can also add new macros by clicking the "Add New" button, yet what comes next is not specified on the software's website. KeyMacro is not a free software, as it is sold in a pack that includes a number of pre-written Macros (4). Nevertheless, it comes in a handy ZIP file. The file is in an easy-to-use format and contains everything you need to get started with KeyMacro. To conclude, KeyMacro is a useful shortcut tool which makes it possible to quickly execute a number of macros. Enjoy! The development of robust pain after surgery is associated with poor recovery and a postoperative opioid dependence syndrome. Surgical patients who experience high pain after surgery are at risk of developing opioid dependence. It is unclear what factors are related to opioid dependence syndrome (ODS) after surgery. The objective of this study was to identify the factors related to the development of ODS after surgery. This retrospective study of the medical records of 77 patients was conducted in the Department of Pain Medicine at Seoul National University Hospital. The development of ODS was identified by opioid use after discharge from the hospital. Patients who were prescribed opioids after discharge were followed up to identify those who showed a continued need for opioids after discharge. The prescription of opioids after discharge and the numbers of opioid prescriptions before discharge and after discharge were reviewed. Of 77 patients, 44 (57.1%) developed an ODS after discharge. Among these 44 patients, 33 (75%) continued to be prescribed opioids after discharge. Patients who continued to be prescribed opioids after discharge were more likely to experience ODS after discharge (P Human neutrophil defensins induced by respiratory epithelial cells: defensin-like peptide release in vitro is associated with cell-surface expression. In the present study, we tested whether the respiratory epithelium and, more specifically, airway epithelial cells are capable of releasing biologically active peptides and whether the release is associated with changes in the surface expression of epithelial defensins. We observed that cultured normal human nasal epithelial cells release a bioactive peptide with a predominant molecular weight of 4 kDa that we call epithelial neutrophil defensin-1 (HNP-1) when treated with Ca2+/phospholip
Try this useful program to evaluate the quality of the links on the page you open in your browser. Noah's Ark Coding for Kids is a funny web-based game where you take control of Noah and his three children and help them find the animals they need to survive the coming deluge. The interface is simple and the basic mission consists of picking up the animals you need, along with water to make the deluge come down on the animals' enemies. You may have to wait a few seconds before the game checks if it's okay to keep the next item, but it's not too frequent. Once that is out of the way, you simply have to click on the item or water you need, then click on the arrow icon to place the item or the water you picked up. However, things can get a bit more difficult if the game detects a certain number of similar items or water that you picked up, as well as if the animals you were carrying became lost. In that case, you have to click on "new" and pick up another set of items or water and start from the beginning. The animals you pick up may not always be the same, as they will have a certain chance of being replaced by something else, or even being dropped. Besides being simple to play, this is also an easy-to-learn game where you can control Noah and his children with just a few mouse clicks. That way, all you have to do is click on the animals or the water you need, as well as on the bucket where you want them to go. What's nice about the game is that you can turn your mouse into a "claw", a "lung", or even a set of "toes", as each one is used to pick up a specific type of animal or water. These items can then be combined and used to reach the goal of the mission, which is the goal of the deluge. Although you can only play a single game at a time, that's not too bad, as it does not take much time to run the game.
